Web-based Food Hygiene Training

Web-based hygiene training is available in English, Latvian, and Russian.
The training can be ordered and completed at any time – 24/7.

Our food hygiene training consists of three parts: basics and principles of food hygiene, risk factors and hazards, and HACCP/self-checking, pests and disinfection.

At the end of each part, participants must complete a food hygiene test with 16 questions. The test is passed with at least 75% correct answers and can be retaken if needed.

After all tests are completed, participants may proceed to the final examination.

The final exam includes 26 multiple-choice questions, with a 75% pass mark.

Upon successful completion, you will receive an official hygiene training certificate recognised by the Food and Veterinary Service.

Our food hygiene training is fully compliant with the Food Act and Latvian regulations.
